This agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation as an Ambassador (“Ambassador”) in the CHARGEIT2THAGAME Ambassador Program (the “Program”), operated by CHARGEIT2THAGAME LLC (“Company”), a limited liability company registered in California.

1. Program Overview 1.1. Eligibility: Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States. No prior experience is required. 1.2. Commission Structure: Ambassadors earn a base commission of 20% on each sale of CHARGEIT2THAGAME digital products using their unique referral link. 1.3. Bonus Structure: Ambassadors can unlock bonus commissions based on sales milestones, as outlined in the Commission Structure. 1.4. Payment: Commissions and bonuses are paid monthly via a lump sum transfer to the Ambassador’s designated payment method.

2. Ambassador Responsibilities 2.1. Promotion: Ambassadors are responsible for promoting CHARGEIT2THAGAME digital products through their own marketing efforts using their unique referral link. 2.2. Compliance: Ambassadors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising and consumer protection. 2.3. Ethical Conduct: Ambassadors shall conduct themselves ethically and uphold the reputation of CHARGEIT2THAGAME and its products. 2.4. Customer Support: Ambassadors are not responsible for customer support, refunds, or product delivery. All inquiries should be directed to CHARGEIT2THAGAME‘s customer support team.

3. Company Obligations 3.1. Tracking: The Company shall track Ambassador-generated sales using unique referral links. 3.2. Payment: The Company shall pay commissions and bonuses to Ambassadors promptly at the end of each calendar month. 3.3. Support: The Company shall provide Ambassadors with necessary support and resources to facilitate sales and promotions.

4. Termination 4.1. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. 4.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights and obligations under this Agreement shall cease, except those provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination.

5. Miscellaneous 5.1. Independent Contractor: Ambassadors are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of the Company. 5.2. Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of such changes. 5.3. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

6. Acceptance By signing up for the CHARGEIT2THAGAME Ambassador Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding your participation in the Program.
